These General Policies define the frameworks and principles governing the relationship between LeadMinds Group for Business Services and its clients, trainees, and partners. By utilizing our services or registering for our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies in full.

1 Definitions & Parties

Within the scope of these policies, the following terms shall carry the definitions specified below:

  • The Organization / LeadMinds: LeadMinds Group for Business Services, the official provider of all programs, workshops, and advisory services.
  • The Client / Trainee: Any natural or legal person utilizing the Organization's services or participating in its training programs.
  • The Services: All training programs, executive development courses, consulting services, workshops, and digital learning assets provided by the Organization.
  • The Digital Platform: The official website, web applications, and learning management systems (LMS) operated by the Organization.

2 Age Requirements & Legal Eligibility

To access and receive LeadMinds services, the following requirements must be met:

  • The trainee must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or possess verified legal authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The trainee must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and financial commitments.
  • The Organization reserves the right to verify legal eligibility and request official documentation at any stage.

3 Registration & Trainee Obligations

Upon enrolling in any LeadMinds program, the trainee commits to the following:

  • Providing authentic, accurate, and up-to-date personal and organizational information upon request.
  • Attending scheduled in-person or live digital sessions in strict accordance with the approved program timetable.
  • Respecting proprietary educational content and refraining from copying, distributing, broadcasting, or reselling any materials without prior written consent.
  • Maintaining exemplary standards of professional conduct and collaborative ethics throughout the program duration.
Full settlement of financial obligations is required prior to program commencement and certificate issuance.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All educational content, training syllabi, curricula, case studies, graphics, methodologies, and trademarks published on LeadMinds platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of the Organization, protected under applicable national and international intellectual property laws.

  • Photographing, screen recording, or sharing training assets with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
  • Trainees are granted a non-exclusive, personal, and non-commercial license to utilize legally acquired program materials.
  • Any intellectual property infringement will result in immediate legal action and liability claims.

5 Certifications & Accreditations

Certificates of completion and professional credentials are issued in accordance with the following criteria:

  • Fulfilling all program requirements with a cumulative attendance record of no less than 80%.
  • Successfully passing required practical assessments, assignments, and applied capstone projects.
  • Settling all outstanding program fees and administrative dues in full.
  • Issued certificates represent official credentials and must not be altered, modified, or forged under any circumstances.
⚠️ In the event of discovered forgery, plagiarism, or misrepresentation, the credential will be revoked immediately and legal actions will follow.

6 Professional Conduct & Ethics

LeadMinds is committed to fostering an inclusive, secure, and respectful learning environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, verbal hostility, or inappropriate conduct toward fellow trainees, trainers, or staff.
  • Utilizing training platforms or communication channels for unauthorized advertising, illicit activities, or harmful content.
  • Public defamation or disparagement of the Organization, its instructors, or enrolled participants.
🚫 The Organization reserves the right to immediately terminate the enrollment of any participant violating these standards without refund eligibility.

7 Limitation of Liability

LeadMinds Business Services Group shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or temporary unavailability of our services.
  • Employment outcomes, salary increments, or promotional decisions post-training, as the Organization does not guarantee specific career outcomes.
  • Unforeseen technical disruptions, third-party internet outages, or force majeure events affecting scheduled program delivery.

8 Policy Amendments & Updates

LeadMinds reserves the right to review, update, and modify these policies at any time. Registered clients and trainees will be notified of material changes via registered email or digital platform announcements. Continued utilization of our services following such modifications constitutes implied acceptance of the revised terms.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These policies and the relationship between the Organization and its clients are governed by applicable national laws and commercial regulations. In the event of a dispute, the following amicable resolution hierarchy applies:

  • Direct and amicable mutual negotiations between both parties within a timeframe not exceeding 15 business days.
  • Recourse to professional mediation through an accredited neutral entity if direct negotiations fail to reach an accord.
  • Referral to competent commercial arbitration or relevant judicial courts if mediation is unsuccessful.
